Research Paper

Orientation Module

This project was part of a project to design a reference web page for students to access for a science course. Turn the dial to see the steps in writing a research paper.

This project was a sample for a university orientation for incoming medical students. It does have text to speech so please mute if you do not like a mechanical voice. See how video, documents, outside links and interactive elements can make orientation more interesting.

Medical Scenario

Patient Education

This project was a sample of how medical scenarios could be used to train medical students. In a full example each option would lead to three further choices in a branching format.

There is a mechanical voice narrating since this is a sample.

A sample of how an online interactive module could be used for patient education. Choose each of the physicians to learn more about their opinion on the best way to stay healthy.

Choosing your laptop components

IT project

This project was to allow users to choose features for their laptop computer and generate a list of features to use for shopping.

Choose what you require in a computer and learn which operating system would work best, the visual components, storage components and need for processing speed.

See how you can include a notebook for taking notes, track resources, and print your notes.

This sample was to demonstrate how a user could enter their name and chose an avatar and that would trigger an appropriate voice-over for the module.

Learn about computer components. See how it is possible to learn about computer components without taking a computer apart.

Present Search

FERPA Training

This project was for Articulate Storyline challenge #213. It is a quick game in which the user chooses presents to find the letters that spell “Santa.”

This is the first time I was able to use a dial to make a working clock for this game.

McKenna Koewler and I did this project for a school’s committees to show compliance with FERPA training.

ERAS Application

This project was done to help medical students complete their residency applications.
